All cleaning services provided by ShineCo are subject to the following conditions:

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Disclose any hazardous materials prior to service
  • Secure pets that may interfere with cleaning
  • Remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas

Company Rights

  • ShineCo reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
  • We may substitute cleaning personnel when necessary
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning requirements

โŒCancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our cleaning teams.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • ShineCo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances

In cases where we need to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

๐Ÿ’ณPayment Terms

Payment for services is due as follows unless other arrangements have been made in writing:

One-Time Services

Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

Recurring Services

Payment is due on the day of service unless enrolled in our automatic payment program.

Late Payments

Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to late fees and suspension of service.

ShineCo takes great care in providing cleaning services, but certain limitations apply:

  • We are not liable for damage due to improperly secured items or pre-existing flaws
  • Special care items (antiques, collectibles, etc.) should be disclosed in advance
  • We carry comprehensive liability insurance covering our cleaning services
  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

๐ŸŒWebsite Use

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on ShineCo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Restrictions

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
